While the warning about the difficult-to-watch 50 seconds is appropriate, the rest of the video is kind and peaceful. <br /><br />I became vegetarian in August 2011 with the goal of becoming vegan eventually, and I ate exclusively vegan at home from the start. When my first veg*n Thanksgiving came, my extended family was so supportive; everyone brought a dish potluck-style, and made small adaptations to make them vegan for me! While no one besides me was willing to forego the turkey, everything else at the table was animal-product-free.
